The only item replaced is the crystal. Runs and keeps time, but needs to be serviced or regulated (-20 sec/day). Movement hacks, bezel turns with good clicks, crown locks, comes on a brand new 19mm Tropic Strap from yours truly :) No polishing, no relume (forgive the poor photography).
